Unwind, disconnect and get creative with the art of clay in this 2-hour class at Brix Distillery, 350 Bourke St, Surry Hills, all while sipping on a complimentary Cane Spirit Daiquiri.
What you'll do
Demonstration
Your evening begins with a deep dive into the art of distilling, led by a Brix Rum expert, so you can see exactly where their award-winning rums are made before settling in for your pottery class.
Relax while you sip
Sip on a complimentary Cane Spirit Daiquiri and tuck into a tasty charcuterie board from the Brix kitchen as you enjoy some quality, relaxing time getting hands-on with clay.
Help at hand
We welcome all skill levels, with Bruna from Glaze Galleria guiding you step-by-step to create unique pieces, while you have some fun and chill-out time. Spots are limited.
The results
Using 2kg of stoneware clay, you'll learn how to create cups, mugs or sculptures, homewares you'll actually use. Personalise your pieces with your choice from 4 different glaze colours.
We finish the pottery for you
Once your pottery is finished, we'll take it back to Glaze Galleria to be fired twice and glazed in your chosen colours. Your finished, food-safe ceramics, microwave, dishwasher and oven safe, will be ready to collect at Brix Distillery in 4 to 5 weeks.
