Want to understand the glazing process in the production of ceramics?

Then, this class is for you. Your instructor will give you an understanding of the different types of glazes and the techniques involved to get the finish you’re after.

You’ll gain an understand of Underglazes, paint-on glazes as well as dipping glazes. You can bring along your own stoneware bisque-ware to practice on. 

You can choose to:

  1. underglaze 2 pieces of bisqueware from our selection of ready made pieces, or
  2. bring along your own bisqueware to glaze from our selection of studio glazes. Dipping Glazing for 2 pieces is included, additional pots from $5 each. Paint-on glazes are $10 per piece.

Your finished pots will be fired and will be ready to collect a few weeks later.

You just need to bring:

- comfortable clothing
- an apron (or $14 for your own new GG apron)
