Kids After-School Pottery Wheel Throwing Workshops

So many kids have asked about having more pottery wheel time! So, we’re running After School Pottery Wheel Workshops.

Kids can sign up for one-off workshop or a 4-week Course to explore the entire pottery-making process.

Kids will need to be 140 cm or taller and their parting can also book in.

With structured guidance for over 2 hours, each week, kids can further develop and practice their creative abilities, while having a great time. With a maximum of 6 students, each will get plenty of attention. Two pieces will be finished for them for collection 4 to 5 weeks later. 

Over a 4-week course, kids will gain confidence and will get experience weird the entire pottery-making process. They’ll get lots of practice on centring and shaping vessels. Then they can trim their favourite 6 pieces. In the last week, their pieces will have been bisque fired, ready for hand painting with underglazes or dip glazing. Pottery will be ready for pick up about 3 weeks later.

All the clay and tools they'll need will be supplied. Kids will be challenged, get creative and have fun in the process of handmade ceramics.

Extra pieces can be finished for $10 per piece.

Course cannot be rescheduled without 48-hours' notice. 

A minimum of 4 students is required for a Course to go ahead.
