Make your own Christmas Decorations with Porcelain Clay (2 hours)

Discover the joy of hand building with porcelain, one of the most smooth, white and deliciously tactile clays to work with. Join this class to make your own Christmas decorations with porcelain and make something that will become family treasures.

Your instructor, Romanda Newman, @romandaceramics, has been hand building with porcelain for over 10 years, making functional and sculptural ceramics that have been exhibited and sold throughout the country.

In this 2-hour class, Romanda will teach you the techniques to make beautiful Christmas decorations, which you can hand paint with underglazes during the class. You will receive 1 kg of Porcelain Clay and can make whatever you like.

After the class, we’ll bisque fire, clear glaze and fire your pieces so you can collect them 2-3 weeks later.

No experience is required. Bring a friend or come on your own and meet some new people.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for the course to go ahead.
